Maravilla Visiting with Us

It's my pleasure to announce that C. Scott Maravilla is going to be sitting with us for a spell here in the faculty lounge.  Maravilla is an Administrative Judge with the Federal Aviation Administration.  He also serves as a mediator in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes with the FAA and the Federal Shared Neutrals Program.  Judge Maravilla is a member of the American Law Institute.  He has written law review articles on various topics in internet regulation, constitutional law, and international law.  He is a blogger for the Contract Law Profs Blog, Notice and Comment Blog, and been a guest blogger with PrawfsBlawg and Law and the Multiverse.  You can read some of his work at ssrn.
