Rey Valencia Named Dean of Capital Law School

Capital Law School has announced that Reynaldo Valencia will become its new dean.  Valencia is a faculty member at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law where he also serves as the school's associate dean for finance and administration.  He holds a JD from Harvard Law School.
