I did not realize that Dick Cheney’s wife had a Ph.D. Her title was “Matthew Arnold’s Possible Perfection: A Study of the Kantian Strain in Arnold’s Poetry.” And her university, where she trained: University of Wisconsin–Madison, English Department. Kant rather Arnold, I would think, but she doesn’t think so….
