The Common Law Section at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law is inviting applications for two prestigious endowed chairs:
- The Hyman Soloway Chair in Business and Trade Law
- The Shirley E. Greenberg Chair for Women and the Law
Each Chair is a two-year appointment and is open to Associate or Full Professors, including scholars from institutions outside the University of Ottawa.
These Chairs support leading research, teaching, and engagement in their respective fields. Chairholders will work collaboratively with the Faculty to advance scholarship, organize training and events for students and professionals, and foster dialogue with the broader legal community.
