New Formula For Assessing Scholarly Impact

Thanks to some serious new theoretical work by Jorge Cham here, we can finally end the debates about scholarly impact.  Cham proposes a formula that captures most of the relevant issues and inputs.  This is sure to clarify tenure decisions for years to come!
