UVA and NYLS Professors Join Obama Administration

Congratulations to the latest pair of law professors named to high level posts in the Obama administration.  Jon Cannon, the Blaine T. Phillips Distinguished Professor of Environmental Law at the University of Virginia has been nominated to be Deputy Administrator of the EPA.  Seth Harris, Professor of Law at New York Law School (and a classmate and friend from NYU Law) has been tapped to be Deputy Secretary in the Department of Labor.  The story is here.
