CIA Torture Memos In Downloadable PDF

Yesterday, the Obama Administration made available remarkable historical and political material regarding the conduct of the CIA in the aftermath of 9/11.  These memoranda – signed by Judge Jay Bybee as well as Steven Bradbury – document waterboarding, dietary manipulation, use of bugs, and other bracing details.  In the interest of making sure these important documents are available from multiple sites, over time, we have attached the material for download here.  The Washington Post account is here.
