Imagining Cyber Civil Rights

Danielle Citron's paper, Cyber Civil Rights, argued that one way to address anonymous online attackes – of the Auto Admit variety –  is to conceptualize them as civil rights violations.   There's some controversial stuff in the piece and Co-op is sponsoring an online blog symposium here.   It's worth checking out.
