We're very pleased to welcome Professor Robert Heverly to the Lounge. Rob is a Visiting Professor at Michigan State University College of Law. From 2003-2008, he was a Lecturer in Law and Director of the LL.M. Programme in Information, Technology and Intellectual Property Law at the University of East Anglia's Norwich Law School. Before that, he was a Fellow with the Information Society Project at Yale Law School. He received his JD from Albany Law School and his LLM from Yale.
No surprise, he has a special interest in technology and IP. His publications include The Information Semicommons, 18 Berkeley Tech. L.J. 1127 and Law as Intermediary, 2006 Michigan St. L. Rev. 107. Welcome to the Lounge, Rob!
