Last February, Dan blogged about Texas Court of Criminal Appeals presiding judge Sharon Keller and her decision concerning a last-minute appeal from a prisoner on death row.
Yesterday a special master presiding over Judge Keller's ethics trial issued a 16-page report on the matter. Stories here, here, here, here and elsewhere on the internet. (I cannot find a link to the report at this time.)
