If you like Burn Notice, I would also recommend White Collar, which is also back this week on USA. As I noted in my review of the pilot

it is actually a show that gets most legal issues right, likely because the series creator enlisted the consulting services of Tom Barden, the head of the New York Field Office of the FBI's white collar crime division for fifteen years.
