One of my favorite questions: Name the films that have captured Oscar's "Grand Slam" (winning Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress, AND Best Actor awards).

which won the Oscar for Best Picture, Best Director (Elia Kazan), and
Best Actor (Marlon Brando). Eva Marie Saint also won an Oscar — for
Best SUPPORTING Actress.

Garrett is correct. Another frequent answer is GONE WITH THE WIND. Clark Gable was nominated for his portrayal of Rhett Butler, but Robert Donat took home the Best Actor prize that year for his work in GOODBYE, MR. CHIPS.
TITANIC? No, sorry. It was the Best Picture and Best Director winner, but the film did not capture the Best Actor or Best Actress awards (which went to Jack Nicholson and Helen Hunt, both for AS GOOD AS IT GETS).
So much for James Cameron being "King of the World." (smiles)
