Elon University School of Law has created a new moot court competiton honoring three former North Carolina Supreme Court Justices: Rhoda Bilings, James Exum, and Henry Frye. The inaugural Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition will take place in the spring of 2011. More details are here.
