New York Unable To Maintain Law & Order; Broadway At Risk

NBC has announced that it is canceling the long-running police procedural, Law & Order.  The show has had an impressive 20 year run.  It seems that the show, shot in New York, has been a critical support system for Broadway and Off-Broadway actors who need to make some real money once in a while.  They will now have to focus their energy on to nabbing a part on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.  Meanwhile, NBC has ordered a new spinoff – Law & Order: Los Angeles.  God knows where they'll find actors to populate that series.
