Congratulations to Carte Goodwin, soon to be sworn in as interim senator to Robert Byrd's seat. I noticed that (may I already call him) Senator Goodwin is a 1999 graduate of Emory Law School. While in school he authored a note in the Emory International Law Journal, "Live, In Concert…and beyond: A New Standard of Contributory Copyright Infringement." It's available at hein-online here for those coming from a url with a subscription.
Seems like we need to add this to the list of senior theses (and other early scholarship) of the now famous.
