Dust Up In Windsor Dean Search

Professor Emily Carasco, a faculty member and finalist in last year's University of Windsor law school dean search, is calling foul.  She claims that she was passed over for reasons of racism and sexism.  She argues that the faculty found her threatening because she was going to address diversity isues and that accusations that she was guilty of  plagarism were "overblown."  More details over at Leiter.
