Michigan Cemetery Access

Here's the latest (and here) on a case of access to a cemetery in Frankenmuth township, Saginaw County Michigan.  And here's the opinion.  This dispute was brewing for a while.  This has all the makings of a very exciting discussion about unincorporated associations, notice, easements, and statute of limitations/laches.
