I've not seen this mentioned, but maybe its been covered elsewhere–is the FAR the way a majority of folks get hired in? Or do a lot of people work back channels through professors in VAPs or through direct contacts to hiring chairs with personalized packages that may include phone calls from professors in their VAP program or from law school? Any numbers out there on that?
