It is my pleasure to introduce a new guest blogger for May, Joe Tomain.
Professor Tomain is an Assistant Professor at Florida Coastal School of Law. Prior to joining Florida Coastal, he served as a VAP at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. His teaching and scholarship focus on free speech rights, media law, cyberlaw, intellectual property and contracts. This summer, he is participating at the Free Speech Forum, hosted by the University of Notre Dame’s London Law Centre, and at SEALS. Beyond law, his interests include playing Ultimate Frisbee and live music.
