William Carter Named Dean of Pitt Law

Dean-william-carter-pitt-pittsburgh-lawThe University of Pittsburgh School of Law has named Professor William Carter of Temple as its new dean.  Carter, who holds a JD from Case Western University, is a constitutional law and civil rights scholar.  Prior to joining Temple, he was a member of the Case law faculty.   He will take over the position this coming July.
