It certainly made my day. I think I'll use it next time i teach secured transactions.
This is great–classic UCC Article 9: "Plaintiff apparently identified the exception to the rule but failed to account for the exception to the exception." (p. 15). I laughed out loud. I guess I qualify as an inveterate UCC geek. Thanks for bringing this case to our attention.
