Ben Neiditz and Zach Webber constructed dwellings as part of their art exhibition at Fort Mifflin and Mud Island for the Hidden City Festival 2013 in Philly. This particular structure contained a viewing platform (really, a ladder) inside where we watched planes approach their landing at Philadelphia International Airport.
