Florida Coastal Law Names Chidi Ogene Interim Dean

Chidi-ogene_interim_dean_florida_coastalFlorida Coastal Law has announced that Chidi Ogene will serve as the school's interim dean.  Ogene, who has been serving as general counsel of the InfiLaw system, holds a JD from Georgetown.

    From the class of 2012 at this wonderful school, only 35.9% (183 out of 510) had a full-time,long-term job that required a law degree nine months after graduation — mostly with firms of 10 lawyers or fewer. Over 25% were unemployed.

    An employee of the corporation that owns the law school is now its dean? This sounds like a David Foster Wallace novel. But in reality it's higher education in corporate America.
