Tulane Law School invites applications for an entry level faculty member who would hold a joint appointment with the Law School and the Murphy Institute at Tulane University, a highly regarded interdisciplinary unit specializing in political economy and ethics. The position is designed for scholars focusing on the regulation of the economy broadly construed, including but not limited to law and economics, taxation, commercial law, securities regulation, regulation of financial institutions, consumer law, bankruptcy, and similar fields.
