Law professors’ letter on ABA’s tenure standards

Professors from the AALS Section on Minority Groups are circulating 
this letter to the ABA regarding the proposed changes to tenure as part of the accreditation process.  They are interested in having other faculty who suppport this letter sign it.  This is obviously a very important issue to the academy.  If you agree with it and would like to add your name, please contact my friend and Durham neighbor Nareissa Smith, who is a professor at North Carolina Central University (nsmith55@nccu.edu).  They're rushing to get this to the ABA, so they need to hear from you by Tuesday.
