A moment of levity………..

During a time when most of us are swamped trying to finish classes and writing our exams, my students decided to have some fun and create a video that reviews the entire semester of Torts. They used a Hip Hop song, I used in the first day of class, "Lean Back." Yes, only at FIU would such a song be used—let me know if otherwise. In any event, it is great tool to draw distnctions between volitional acts and intentional ones under Tort law. Hope you enjoy It;
