Eduardo Peñalver Named Dean Of Cornell Law

Professor Eduardo Peñalver of the University of Chicago has been named the new dean of Cornell Law School.  In yet another coming home story – following on Nancy Stoudt at Wash U - Peñalver returns to Cornell where he taught from 2006-12.  He holds a JD from Yale.  Before going to Cornell in 2006, he had been on the Fordham Law faculty.
