Professor Zach Kramer of ASU Law was sued for defamation based on both his Washington University Law Review article, Of Meat and Manhood, and a lecture he delivered at Western New England Law. Now SDNY Judge Paul Engelmayer has dismissed the suit under Rule 12(b)(6). What a huge pain in the ass for Zach, but mechaya – its done. Congratulations.
