Great article. I was a little annoyed about the let's-move-forward sentiment expressed by the faculty at the end, though. Considering all the law students they quoted, it's pretty clear plenty of faculty also knew about his behavior and were unwilling to say anything. You can get rid of Mitchell but you still have those people and that culture ensconced there, and that's a little harder to "move on" from.
If half the allegations are true, then Snyder and Mobley should also lose their jobs.
