NORTHERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY, SALMON P. CHASE COLLEGE OF LAW (CHASE) invites applications from entry-level and junior lateral candidates for one or more tenure-track faculty positions, with a special focus on the Intellectual Property field, to begin in the 2015-16 academic year. We will consider strong candidates with a variety of teaching interests. We specifically seek candidates with a terminal law degree, scholarly achievement or considerable scholarly promise, commitment to teaching effectiveness and to law school and community service, and excellent academic credentials and recommendations. We will look very favorably upon candidates who also possess judicial clerkship, law review, and/or practice experience.
Chase is located in the rolling hills of Highland Heights, KY, approximately six miles southeast of downtown Cincinnati, OH. With four major universities (Northern Kentucky University, University of Cincinnati, Miami University and Xavier University) and numerous museums, theatres, sports and music venues, the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area abounds with intellectual and cultural stimulation.
