Two former Cleveland State University law school employees – Jean Lifter, a former assistant dean, and Sheldon Gelman, a retired tenured faculty member – are suing the University and Dean Craig Boise, alleging they were fired in retaliation for Gelman's efforts to unionize the faculty.
