We are honored to be on the ABA Journal's ninth annual list of their 100 legal blawgs. The process by which the ABA Journal chooses their list is a mystery to me, but I think it involves reader nominations. Let me thank our readers who nominated us and our commenters who help push the discussion forward in so many ways. On a personal note I want to add that I really appreciate the opportunity to be part of the virtual community here and to have the chance to share some of my scholarship as well as talk about other scholarship that I've been reading and enjoying, as well as other current (and in my case not so current) events.
