As we delve further into exam grading season, I start reflecting back on the year with respect to both serious and much less serious issues.
Having recently taught (in my last class of 2015) the book, song and movie title cases in trademark law, I started thinking about other kinds of titles.
So if you're needing a break from grading, or are just in a trivial mood, what are some of the best law review article titles you've seen this year?
Although I'm not a Con Law person and haven't actually read the piece yet, the title "High-Value Lies, Ugly Truths, and the First Amendment" (Vand. L. Rev.) was enough to put the article on my to-read list.
"The Influence of Juridical Cant on Edificatory Approaches in 21st-Century America," of course.
