Harry Ballan Named Dean Of Touro Law

Dean-harry-ballanRetired Davis, Polk partner Harry Ballan has been named the new dean of Touro College Law.  Ballan holds a JD from Columbia and a Ph.D in history and theory of music from Yale.  He follows Patricia Salkin, who is now provost at Touro.
