Alex Kozinski is one of two judges on the Ninth Circuit who originally came to the U.S. as refugees. The other is Judge Jacqueline Nguyen.
Judge Carlos Bea also on the Ninth is (I believe) the only Article III judge ever ordered deported.
I believe we can fix blame for this anti-immigrant hysteria on the gun crazies at the NRA. They need a boogey man or scape goat to deflect and divert attention away from the mentally ill, angry, sexually alienated (can't get a girl) white mass shooters of school aged children, college students and theater goers. Let's blame crime, terrorism and chaos on immigrants and undocumented people. T-Rump did that again to Chicago yesterday. The issue is the flood of guns onto our streets by American citizens and our god given right to own an UZI.
