The Hastings Law Journal can guarantee that we will review manuscripts for authors who commit to accepting an offer from Hastings Law Journal if we extend one by 5:00 PM PST on Monday, April 10. If you would like to participate in this process, which does require that you keep your article available until April 10, please submit a Scholastica expedite request clearly indicating that you would like to participate no later than 5:00 PM PST on Friday, March 31. This will ensure that we have enough time to put each article through our peer review process.
