I'm very pleased that my colleague Amy Landers will be blogging with us for a while. Amy joined the Drexel University Kline Law faculty in 2014 after a decade at McGeorge Law and a prior stint as an IP litigation partner with Orrick, Herrington. Amy brings not only deep patent law expertise, but broader interests in innovation and creativity.
