It is great saddeness, Gordon Hylton has died. He was a great guy — and a phenomal academic career. He had a distinguished legal academy, first Chicago Kent, then to Marquette, and to University of Virginia. Dean Risa Goluboff had an observation in the Virginia Law Review.
