South Texas College of Law Houston (STCL Houston) invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of President and Dean. The successful candidate will succeed Donald J. Guter, who will step down in August 2019 after serving with distinction since August 2009.
STCL Houston plays a vital role in the Houston community by developing skilled and ethical graduates, who are committed to the highest ideals of the legal profession. The law school has more than 15,000 alumni and more than 50 full-time faculty and 60 adjunct faculty who teach nearly 1,000 students each year. The President and Dean serves as the school’s chief executive and dean of the faculty.
