Neil Fulton Named Dean of South Dakota Law

Neil Fulton, the Federal Public Defender for the Districts of South Dakota and North Dakota, has been named the new dean of the University of South Dakota School of Law.  He previously served as chief of staff to former South Dakota Governor Michael Rounds.   Fulton, who holds a JD from the University of Minnesota, will take over this summer.
