No, no, no. Dean David Brennen hasn't suddenly decided to leave his post at the University of Kentucky College of Law. Actually, he will be an ACE Fellow next year. In order for him to devote his full attention to the task, the University has appointed Professor Mary Smith as the interim dean for the coming school year. She holds a JD from Wake Forest.
