Health Law & Policy: The candidate will participate in Cleveland-Marshall’s Center for Health Law & Policy (https://www.law.csuohio.edu/academics/chlp), a nationally prominent center for health policy and bioethics research, with links to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and other stakeholders in Cleveland’s large and sophisticated medical community. Our principal curricular needs for the position are in health care law and bioethics.

Cybersecurity and Intellectual Property: The candidate will participate in Cleveland Marsha’l's Center for Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection (https://www.law.csuohio.edu/academics/cybersecurity). The Center is a prominent contributor to national debate on these matters and works directly with federal and state agency leaders, national law reform organizations, and leading academics.  Our principal curricular needs for the position are in data security, data privacy and intellectual property. Ideal candidates can both assist with the Center’s work and curriculum, and contribute strength in intellectual property, to help grow our IP program.
