Stephen B. Oates (1936-2021)

Stephen Oates who taught history at University of Massachusetts — Amherst for many years. I was familiar with Fires of Jubilee: Nat Turner's Fierce Rebellion (1975) and With Malice Toward None: A Life Of Abraham Lincoln (1977).
