Montana Law Names Elaine Gagliardi Interim Dean

The University of Montana law school dean search yielded three finalists, but did not produce a dean.  At least one candidate apparently declined an offer.  After being led by a three person team for the last few months, the university announced that beginning July 1, Professor Elaine Gagliardi will serve as interim dean. Gagliardi holds a JD from Montana and an LLM in Tax from NYU.
