The Executive Committee of the AALS Criminal Procedure Section welcomes applications for participation in a Works in Progress panel at the 2025 AALS Annual Meeting, which will take place in San Francisco on January 8-11, 2025.
We invite faculty of any category or status at any career stage who are working on criminal procedure scholarship to apply. Co-authored projects are welcome, as are those that transcend disciplinary boundaries and/or engage diverse methodologies and perspectives. Priority will be given to scholarly projects that have not yet been accepted for publication. Panelists will be expected to circulate a draft of their project to co-panelists in advance of the conference, and to read and provide feedback on the submissions of other panelists. To apply, please submit a summary of no longer than 500 words that describes your project and specifies whether or not it has been accepted for publication.
