The University of Miami School of Law has announced that its interim dean, Patricia Sanchez Abril, will take over the position permanently. Abril has served in the interim capacity since 2024. Before becoming interim dean, Abril was a member of Miami’s business school faculty. She holds a JD from Harvard.
