The University of North Dakota has announced that Vice Admiral Darse E. “Del” Crandall, Jr. will be the new dean of its law school. Most recently, Crandall was Judge Advocate General of the Navy. He holds a JD from Georgetown and an LLM from George Washington. He will take over this summer.
