Capital University has announced that its new dean will be Mark Falkoff. Falkoff is currently a visiting professor at Rutgers Law and is a professor at Northern Illinois University School of Law. He holds a JD from Columbia, a Ph.D from Brandeis, and an Ed.D from NIU.
