Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Law

Florida International University College of Law, South Florida’s public law school, invites applicants for 2-3 tenure-track positions to begin no later than the 2027-2028 academic year. We seek candidates in Criminal Law; Criminal Procedure; Evidence; Wills & Trusts; Family Law; Tax; and Business Organizations, as well as coverage in foundation courses.

FIU Law features an intellectually vibrant faculty community celebrating scholarly engagement, public service, academic freedom, and transformational teaching. More than a third of FIU Law students are the first in their family to attend college. Candidates must have a J.D. (or its equivalent), a strong academic record, a record (or the promise) of scholarly achievement, and a zest for effective teaching.
