Obama’s Circuit Court Nominees

In March, President Obama nominated David Hamilton, a federal district judge from the Southern District of Indiana, to a seat on the Seventh Circuit.  (White House press release  here.)  Earlier this month, President Obama nominated Gerard Lynch, a federal district judge from the Southern District of New York, to a seat on the Second Circuit, and Andre Davis, a federal district judge in Maryland, to a seat on the Fourth Circuit.  (White House press release here.)

All three nominees have completed questionnaires that have been submitted to the Senate Judiciary Committee.  Judge Hamilton's questionnaire can be viewed here.   Judge Davis’s questionnaire can be viewed here.  Judge Lynch’s questionnaire is supposed to be viewable here, but I’m having no luck.
